KUCINICH Shut Out of the Saturday Night Debate, Goes to FCC
The congressman told Bill Moyers on Public Television, ABC was being unfair and trying to replace the people in their decision making by denying him an opportunity to appear.

Earlier the Congressman, who has filed impeachment proceedings against Vice President Dick Cheney was not allowed to participate in Iowa. Kucinich and Libertarian Republican Congressman Ron Paul have been excluded in debates in New Hampshire, Paul refused by Bush mouth organ, Fox news on an appearance slated for the other Republican candidates on Sunday.

Kucinich cites equal time laws that are still in effect with the FCC and govern broadcasters news coverage of political events. In his pleading with the FCC Kucinich noted that the four Democratic candidates who are still in the debate, Clinton, Obama, Edwards and Bill Richardson received money for their political races from ABC TV parent company Walt Disney.
